Miller Patent Services is a patent application preparation and consulting firm. We specialize in preparation and processing of patent applications in electrical, electronic, mechanical and software related technologies. We also provide consulting services for firms desiring assistance in establishing a patent program but cannot justify a full time patent attorney or patent agent.

Miller Patent Services was formed in 1999 by Jerry A. Miller. Mr. Miller is a registered patent agent with an advanced degree in electrical engineering, practical engineering experience and over 25 years of experience with patent application preparation and prosecution.
